- Pull one chapter, section or handful of pages out of a large document without touching the original file
- Combine several separate ranges in a single step, kept in the order they appear in the source
- Keep the extracted pages at full original quality, with no re-compression and nothing added to the file

Extract Pages FAQ
How do I say which pages to extract?
Type the page numbers and ranges separated by commas, for example 1-3, 5, using the numbers as they appear in your PDF. Those pages are copied into a new PDF and your original is left as it is.
Is the original PDF changed?
No. Extracting reads your file and builds a fresh PDF from the pages you chose, so the original is untouched. Everything runs in your browser and the file is never uploaded to us.
What is the difference between extracting and splitting?
Extracting gives you a single new PDF containing exactly the pages you name. Splitting instead breaks a PDF into several separate files, one per range or one per page, delivered as a zip.
