Sign PDF FAQ
Is my document uploaded when I sign it?
No. The whole signing process runs in your browser, so your PDF and your signature stay on your device and are never sent to any server. The file is free to use with no sign-up.
Can I use a picture of my real signature?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG image of your signature and it will be trimmed neatly, then you can drag it into place and resize it on the page. You can also draw or type a signature instead.
Is the signature added permanently?
Yes. Once you place it and export, the signature is baked into the PDF so it shows in any reader. It is a visible signature on the page, not a certificate-based digital signature.
